Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, KLØJO is no longer responsible for delays caused during transit.

Orders are shipped discreetly without visible product information on the outside of the packaging.

The risk of loss or damage to products passes to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

Our products are designed to provide additional comfort and protection for light urine dribble and related situations. However, individual experiences and results may vary depending on personal circumstances, usage, fit, activity level, and other factors. We do not guarantee complete leak prevention in every situation.

KLØJO shall not be liable for damages resulting from improper use of the products, incorrect sizing, delayed delivery, temporary unavailability of the Services, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such limitation is not permitted under applicable law.
