Shipping policy

We aim to ship all orders on the next business day after your order has been placed.

To provide the fastest and most reliable delivery possible, we use a range of shipping carriers and logistics partners, including providers such as PostNL and DHL. The selected shipping method may vary depending on the destination and the most efficient available option.

For orders of up to three boxers, we generally use tracked letterbox delivery in countries where this service is available. Larger orders are typically shipped as standard parcel deliveries with tracking.

All orders are shipped from The Netherlands.

For deliveries outside the European Union, shipping times may be longer due to customs procedures or local import requirements. In some cases, additional information or documentation may be required before shipment or delivery can be completed. If this applies to your order, we will contact you directly.
